Housing sales in Uzbekistan increased by 21 percent in seven months

The real estate market in Uzbekistan is showing significant growth. The Center for Economic Research and Reforms conducted a study on this matter.

According to the analysis, 26.3 thousand housing transactions were made in the country in July 2026. The volume of sales increased by 4 percent compared to June.

Since the beginning of this year, nearly 197.4 thousand housing sales have been carried out in the market. This figure is 34.3 thousand or more than 21 percent higher compared to the same period in 2025.

"This dynamics indicates that high activity in the market is being maintained and the demand for real estate remains stable," the analysis says.

The analysis notes that the increase in real estate sales was observed in most regions of the country. The highest growth rates were recorded in the city of Tashkent (31.6 percent), Syrdarya (30.7 percent), and Navoiy region (25.5 percent). In turn, the indicators in these regions are considered higher than the average growth rate in the republic.
