Uzbekistan's Real Estate Market Continues to Show Steady Growth
The Center for Economic Research and Reforms (CERR) monitors activity in Uzbekistan's real estate market on an ongoing basis.
In July 2026, the real estate market continued to gain momentum. During the month, 26.3 thousand residential property sales transactions were registered, which is 4% more than in June of this year.
Since the beginning of the year, 197.4 thousand transactions have been concluded in the market, which is more than 21% higher than the figure for the same period last year.
This dynamic indicates the preservation of high activity and steady demand for real estate.
Regional Dynamics
An increase in the number of transactions is recorded in most regions of the country. The highest growth rates in residential property sales were noted in the city of Tashkent (31.6%), Syrdarya region (30.7%), and Navoiy region (25.5%).
Thus, the most noticeable growth in activity is observed in the city of Tashkent, the country's largest real estate market, as well as in individual regions where the growth rates of transactions significantly exceed the national average.
