From distributing eggs to seven years in a penal colony: the story of one PGM participant
Ikhlosbek R., a resident of Syrdarya, started by giving out 10 eggs, a liter of oil, and a kilogram of rice, and ended up with seven years of imprisonment and an obligation to compensate for 600 million sums of damage. How did this happen? The article uses his own words to tell how the PGM financial pyramid, which Kun.uz has repeatedly warned about, deceived people.

From Distributing Eggs to Seven Years in a Penal Colony: The Story of One PGM Participant
In the summer of 2024, I graduated from college. I tried to find a job, submitted applications to many places, but to no avail. Then I started following ads on Instagram, looking for a suitable vacancy.
One day, I saw an advertisement offering online work. It claimed that one could work over the Internet and earn good money. I clicked the button below the ad and left my phone number. Soon, I was contacted via Telegram.
At first glance, the job looked very simple: watching videos and completing various tasks for money. This interested me. Therefore, I began asking for more details about the company: its name was PGM, Pioneer Global Media.
"Our main business is advertising products on the Internet. We have a special application. You watch videos there and complete daily tasks. You receive income for this. The company distributes advertising profits among the workers. Our main office is located in London," I was told.
I liked the offer. In April 2025, I registered on the PGM platform and started using it.
It Looked Reliable
At first, no money investment was required. Every day I completed 4 tasks, in two days — 8 tasks. 16 thousand soums were credited to my account on the platform. To test it, I transferred the money to a bank card. It arrived. The amount was small, but I made sure that the offered online work really pays.
Then I was informed that to earn more, I needed to buy one of the levels on the platform. The higher the level, the more tasks there are and the higher the payment for them.
I paid for the initial level — F1. The deposit obligation for this level was 141 thousand soums. It offered 4 tasks a day, paying 2 thousand soums for each. There were 6 working days. Thus, at this level, one could earn 8 thousand soums a day and 144 thousand soums a month.
I invested the money I earned into the deposit and tried to move to a higher level. The higher the level was, the larger both the deposit amount and the income became. I even invested my disability allowance into this business.
