**From Dialogue to Investment: InfinBANK Expands Cooperation with the USA**
Cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States of America is rising to a new level and acquiring an increasingly practical character. Alongside diplomatic dialogue, economic and investment ties are expanding, new joint projects are emerging, and the interest of American investors in the opportunities of Central Asia is growing.
Financial institutions capable of connecting international capital with promising projects in the region are becoming an important link in this process. For InfinBANK, developing cooperation with American partners is one of the directions that opens up new opportunities for attracting investment and strengthening international relations.
A practical meeting was held at the head office of InfinBANK in Tashkent with the participation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA to Uzbekistan, Jonathan Henick, and bank shareholder Mamatdjanov Farxod. The negotiations were dedicated to the development of long-term project and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States of America.
The parties paid special attention to joint projects, opportunities for attracting American capital, and expanding investment cooperation in Central Asia. An important part of the meeting was the discussion of specific agreements and initiatives planned to be presented within the framework of upcoming high-level events. Thus, the negotiations served not only as a platform for exchanging views, but also as part of the process of shaping the practical economic agenda for future cooperation.
The next important stage will be the ministerial summit in the "C5+1" format, which will be held in Samarkand in October. This format unites the United States and the five Central Asian states — Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.
The "C5+1" format was established as a platform for regular dialogue between the US and Central Asian countries. The meeting in Samarkand will be the next step towards developing this cooperation. According to regional sources, more than 100 US companies will participate in the events, with the main focus on regional economic connectivity, energy security, trade, private investment, and the economic modernization of Central Asia.
It is from this perspective that the projects discussed in Tashkent are of particular importance. They demonstrate that diplomatic agreements are gradually turning into concrete economic initiatives that require financing, international expertise, and private sector participation. InfinBANK will participate in the summit as it continues to develop international cooperation.
The visit of the InfinBANK delegation to the United States of America became a practical continuation of the work on developing international investment cooperation.
Within the framework of the joint program, InfinBANK granted a mandate to the US investment bank Oppenheimer to raise capital through the placement of bonds. As part of this work, a Non-Deal Roadshow was organized — a series of meetings with potential investors aimed at presenting the bank and studying the international market's interest in its debt instruments.
The InfinBANK delegation visited the cities of Boston, Miami, and New York, holding bilateral negotiations with representatives of 15 investment funds and banks. During the meetings, the bank representatives presented InfinBANK's development strategy, financial indicators, and future growth prospects to international investors, and also discussed opportunities for investor participation in the future placement of the bank's bonds worth up to $300 million.
The negotiations made it possible to study the sentiment in the international market and learn the initial reaction of potential investors to InfinBANK bonds. This is an important step for the bank towards expanding opportunities for entering international capital markets and strengthening relations with foreign financial institutions.
Today, economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States of America is developing at several levels simultaneously, ranging from interstate dialogue to direct contacts between businesses and financial institutions. For InfinBANK, participation in this process means new opportunities for attracting international capital, expanding its partner network, and further integrating Uzbekistan into the global financial system.
The upcoming "C5+1" summit in Samarkand will create an additional platform for strengthening these ties, while InfinBANK's active work with American investors demonstrates that international cooperation has already gone beyond diplomatic agreements and is taking on a concrete financial and investment character.
