In January–August 2026, the share of women aged 10 and older using the internet in Uzbekistan reached 97 percent. This is 20.4 percentage points higher than the figure for 2021.

It is noted that in 2021, the share of internet users among women aged 10 and older was 76.6 percent. In January–August 2026, this figure reached 97 percent.

During this period, 97.5 percent of men aged 10 and older used the internet. As a result, the gap between men and women was 0.5 percentage points.
