Free diagnostics for small and medium-sized businesses in Uzbekistan
Entrepreneurs can identify losses and efficiency problems in their company and receive practical solutions to eliminate them
A free diagnostic program for small and medium-sized businesses has been launched in Uzbekistan. The Ministry of Economy and Finance reported this. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Institute for Macroeconomic and Regional Research, and the Integration company.
Within the framework of the program, the labor productivity and resource efficiency of entrepreneurs will be assessed. Diagnostics will be conducted as a pilot project aimed at increasing the productivity of processes in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Participants will have the opportunity to identify the main problems that cause loss of time and financial resources at the enterprise. They will also receive recommendations for more efficient use of existing resources.
During the diagnostic process, opportunities for saving raw materials, energy, and other resources will also be studied. This will help determine which areas need to be focused on to reduce current costs at enterprises.
Entrepreneurs will be provided with a set of practical solutions to reduce the cost of products and improve their quality. This will create an opportunity for more efficient organization of business processes in enterprises.
Entrepreneurs can register to participate in the program until September 1. Diagnostic services are provided free of charge for participants.
