Franchises, equipment, and new flavors: the international gastronomic festival ZiraFest has kicked off in Tashkent | Video
From September 29 to October 1, the capital's "Uzexpocentre" became a point of attraction for gourmets, chefs, and hospitality industry representatives from across the region. The international gastronomic festival and industry exhibition project ZiraFest 2026 has opened in Tashkent.
For three days, the pavilions of the exhibition complex have transformed into a large gastronomic space that unites two sides of the event: a vibrant city food festival and a business platform for HoReCa professionals.
Flavors from around the world and a family atmosphere
Guests of the festival are welcomed by a huge food court both outdoors and in indoor halls, where about 50 leading restaurants, cafes, and culinary projects present their concepts. Visitors can try both authentic dishes of national cuisine with a modern twist, as well as gastronomic hits from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
The organizers have ensured that ZiraFest 2026 is an event for the whole family.
The epicenter of Central Asia's HoReCa industry
Simultaneously with the festive program, a large-scale B2B exposition has unfolded at ZiraFest 2026. The exhibition has become a key meeting platform for restaurateurs, hoteliers, investors, suppliers, and restaurant business experts of Central Asia.
The exposition covers all segments of the modern restaurant and hotel business:
Food products and ingredients: local novelties, premium imported supplies, signature sauces, and semi-finished products;
Professional equipment: the latest machinery for kitchens, bar areas, coffee shops, and bakeries;
Interior and comfort: furniture for dining rooms and terraces, designer textiles, tableware, and serving solutions.
The exhibition-festival will run until October 1. Thousands of specialists and lovers of quality cuisine are expected to visit ZiraFest 2026 over the three days.
