Five Investors Express Interest in Purchasing Aircraft Refueling Complex in Tashkent
Five investors have submitted applications to acquire a modern aircraft refueling complex located in the Sergeli district of Tashkent. This was announced by the State Assets Management Agency.
According to the agency, the first stage of open bidding for the privatization of the complex—the submission of Expressions of Interest (EoI)—has concluded. By the set deadline of October 23, 2026, five investors submitted applications.
The international company Ernst & Young was engaged as the privatization consultant. During the first stage, it provided potential investors with information about the project and conducted marketing work.
Now, the received applications will be evaluated against several criteria: the financial capabilities of the investors, compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation, and the absence of applicants from international sanctions lists.
Investors who meet the established requirements will be invited to the next stage of bidding—the submission of Binding Offers (BO).
The Agency stated that it will keep the public informed about the further stages of the bidding. At the same time, the agency reserves the right to change the timeline and procedure of the process, terminate negotiations with individual investors, or cancel the sales process.
It became known on September 23 that the aircraft refueling complex was put up for sale.
The complex is located on Kumarik Street in the Sergeli district. The total land area is 11 hectares, with a building and structure area of 6,076 square meters. The facility is supplied with gas, water, and electricity.
The bidding is open to local and foreign investors and will take place in two stages. In the first stage, applications were accepted until 23:59 on October 23, Tashkent time.
