Aircraft refueling complex at Tashkent airport put up for sale

The aircraft refueling complex at Tashkent airport has been put up for sale. This was announced by the State Assets Management Agency.

The complex is located in the Sergeli district, on Kumarik Street, with a total land area of 11 hectares, and the area of buildings and structures is 6,076 square meters (gas, water, and electricity networks are available). To organize the privatization process effectively, the international company Ernst & Young has been involved as a consultant.

The privatization process is open to local and international participants and will be carried out in two stages: Expression of Interest (EoI) and submission of Binding Offers (BO).

All applications will be verified for compliance with the established criteria, including the sufficiency of financial resources and legislation on combating the legalization of criminal proceeds.

The applicant must have sufficient financial resources to purchase the object.

None of the applicants and their related parties must be included in the sanctions lists of the European Union and the USA, as well as major international financial institutions (World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Asian Development Bank).

Applications will be accepted until October 23, 23:59 Tashkent time.
