As part of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Republic of Korea, the First Lady of our country, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva, accompanied by the First Lady of the Republic of Korea, Kim Hye-gyung, visited the National Palace Museum of Korea.

Through the museum's exposition, one can get acquainted with the centuries-old history and rich cultural heritage of the Joseon royal dynasty, which held a special place in the political and cultural life of Korea for more than five centuries.

The First Lady of Uzbekistan was shown ancient manuscripts and poetic works of the dynasty representatives, traditional costumes, and other exhibits related to palace culture that reflect the lifestyle, traditions, and artistic heritage of that era.

After touring the museum's exposition, Ziroat Mirziyoyeva and Kim Hye-gyung held a bilateral meeting.

During the conversation, which took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, it was emphasized that the peoples of Uzbekistan and Korea are bound by close ties based on long-standing friendship, mutual respect, and cultural commonalities.
