It was attended by Hasan Salihov, Representative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Culture, Akramjon Fozilov, First Deputy Head of the Communications Department of the Presidential Administration, Rustam Azimov, Head of the Department for Social Development of the Cabinet of Ministers, Sardor Mirzayev, Deputy Chairman of the Accounts Chamber, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, Minister of Culture, Jahongir Ahmedov, First Deputy Minister of Culture - Director of the Cinematography Agency, Otabek Fozilkarimov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, Azamat Ziyo and Shukhrat Sirojiddinov, Executive Director of the Center for the Development of Children's Content, Zafar Yuldoshev, as well as responsible representatives of the Ministry of Justice and regional khokimiyats.

The meeting discussed in detail the current state of Uzbek cinema, the financial, organizational and legal problems that have accumulated in the industry, the film infrastructure, the current situation in the regions, and new mechanisms for the development of the cinematography sector.

Also, special attention was paid to the issues of not only increasing the quantitative indicators of film production, but also creating films that are of high quality, attractive to watch, and worthy of participation in international film festivals.

At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that it is necessary to develop appropriate measures to eliminate existing problems in the industry and implement the set tasks in a timely and high-quality manner.
