**Financial opportunities for starting and expanding a business in the mahalla**

Financial resources may be required to establish entrepreneurial activity, expand an existing business, or start a new direction in the mahalla. In such cases, entrepreneurs can utilize a suitable loan product based on the scale and needs of their activity. JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" offers "Mahalla Entrepreneur" and "First Step to Business" loans aimed at developing entrepreneurship in mahallas.

Through these loans, there is an opportunity to attract the necessary funds to start or develop a business.

### "Mahalla Entrepreneur" loan

This loan is designed for developing the business activities of self-employed citizens and business entities. The loan can be utilized by citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered as self-employed for no more than 6 months, residing in districts (cities) assigned to JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" and other districts (cities), as well as business entities.

**Loan amount:**

• for individuals — up to 100 million UZS;

• for business entities — up to 300 million UZS.

The loan term is set from 24 to 84 months, with a grace period of up to 12 months. The interest rate is 21 percent.

For example, a citizen planning to establish sewing, confectionery, services, or other activities in the mahalla can use this loan to finance necessary equipment, raw materials, or other business expenses.

### "First Step to Business" loan

For those just starting their business activity, the "First Step to Business" loan is also one of the financial opportunities. This loan is also intended for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered as self-employed for no more than 6 months, residing in districts (cities) assigned to JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" and other districts (cities), as well as business entities.

The loan can be allocated in an amount up to 50 million UZS. The interest rate is 21 percent, and the grace period is up to 6 months.

For instance, an entrepreneur wishing to start a home-based service or product manufacturing activity can use this opportunity to finance initial equipment, raw materials, and other necessary expenses.

### Choose the right opportunity for your business!

Any business begins first of all with a clear plan and calculation. Before taking a loan, it is important to consider the purpose for which the funds will be used, the expected income from the business, and the ability to make loan payments.

While the "Mahalla Entrepreneur" loan is designed for individuals in need of funds up to 100 million UZS and business entities requiring financing up to 300 million UZS, the "First Step to Business" loan allows starting or developing business activities with funds up to 50 million UZS.

Implement your entrepreneurial idea based on a clear plan and create new business opportunities in your mahalla.
