Fergana plans to create 100 new brands

The "100 New Brands of Fergana" project was launched in Fergana to support entrepreneurs and promote local products.

Fergana plans to launch an initiative to create 100 new local brands, dubbed "100 New Brands of Fergana." According to the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan, a training seminar was held in the city on brand development, legal protection, and promotion in both domestic and global markets.

The event was organized by the Ministry of Justice, the Fergana Regional Administration, and the Fergana Regional Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The opening was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice Muzraf Ikramov, Deputy Head of the Regional Administration Khurshid Akhmedov, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, entrepreneurs, government employees, experts, and journalists.

The main goal of the seminar was to provide practical assistance to entrepreneurs in the Fergana Region in developing their own brands, ensuring their legal security, and promoting their products in domestic and international markets.

Participants were presented with recommendations on developing a unique style and design, trademark registration procedures both in Uzbekistan and abroad, and strategies for promoting established brands.

During the event, the Ministry of Justice also presented the Fergana Region administration with a certificate of registration for Kokand patyr and halva as geographical indications.
