EPL. Manchester United beat Ipswich by a large margin

In the 2nd round of the English Premier League, Manchester United hosted Ipswich Town at home and won 5:2. The match was held at the Old Trafford stadium in Manchester.

In the 29th minute of the match, the visitors' player Leif Davies opened the scoring, putting Ipswich ahead. In the 40th minute, Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes restored the balance. In the 56th minute of the second half, Jacob Greaves scored an own goal, giving the hosts the lead. In the 61st minute, Fernandes scored a penalty, and in the 68th minute, he scored his third goal, completing a hat-trick.

In the 82nd minute, Brian Mbemo scored Manchester United's fifth goal. In the minutes added by the referee, that is, in the 90+1 minute, Chuba Akpom of the guests slightly reduced the difference in the score. Thus, the match ended with a score of 5:2. Thanks to this great victory, Manchester United won the important 3 points.

In the next round, Manchester United will face Everton away on September 6. Ipswich Town will host Liverpool at home on September 4.
