Don't wait — do it yourself: AGMK has not lost its engineering grip
According to the AGMK information service, the combine's Central Maintenance and Mechanical Plant has actively joined in meeting the needs of the new Copper Concentration Plant-3 (MOF-3) — one of the key megaprojects.
The enterprise is consistently replacing imported supplies with its own products. To date, local production has been mastered for the needs of MOF-3 across 137 commodity items with a total value of 200.4 billion soums.
By the end of 2026, the plant intends to master another 80 types of products worth 306.6 billion soums. The list includes liners, screens, rollers, metal structures, boxes, traverses, and other spare parts for technological equipment.
One of the areas of work this year was the localization of the production of liners for MOF-3 bunkers. The plant has mastered the production of 16 items of such products. They protect equipment from mechanical impacts and abrasive wear, so their timely production is directly linked to the reliability of the technological process.
A separate area is spare parts for the KSD-3000 cone crusher. The CMMP has localized the production of the crusher's fixed, movable, and upper armor. These parts experience significant loads during operation, and their manufacture requires strict adherence to geometry, metal requirements, and the quality of finished products.
The plant's participation in the MOF-3 project is not limited to the production of spare parts. CMMP specialists manufactured metal trusses for the plant's roof, which became part of the complex of construction and installation works. During the production of the structures, design solutions, requirements for accuracy, and the quality of welded joints were taken into account.
Another area mastered in 2026 is the repair of take-up pulleys for belt conveyors of sizes 1600 and 1800. Conveyors are an important part of the technological chain of concentration production, and their uninterrupted operation ensures the stable transportation of raw materials and finished products.
Transferring repairs directly to the CMMP facilities allows for quicker equipment restoration, reducing downtime duration, and maintaining the necessary technical readiness of production facilities, the combine's information service reports.
