Directors of vocational schools who have received a management certificate will be rewarded with bonuses.

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved new measures for the professional development of management and teaching staff in the vocational education system. Starting in the 2026/2027 academic year, directors of vocational education institutions will be able to receive a monthly bonus of 50% of their salary, and their deputies will receive a 30% bonus if they hold a management certificate.

Directors of vocational educational institutions who successfully complete training and receive a managerial certificate will receive bonuses.

The Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 451 of August 20, 2026, "On measures to further improve the professional development system for managerial and teaching personnel in the vocational education system."

According to Resolution No. 316 of October 23, 2025, teachers of general education subjects undergo advanced training at the A. Avloni National Institute of Pedagogical Excellence, as well as at regional centers of pedagogical excellence.

Teachers of specialized subjects improve their qualifications at leading higher education institutions. Vocational training masters undergo training at regional advanced technical schools of vocational excellence and at organizations authorized to provide advanced training in their respective fields.

In addition, starting in the 2026/2027 academic year, a monthly bonus will be introduced: directors of vocational education institutions will receive 50% of their salary, and their deputies will receive 30%, provided they hold a management certificate.

This document approves the Regulation governing the training of directors and their deputies in vocational education institutions in advanced training courses for managers, as well as the procedure for issuing them management certificates. The document establishes the following procedures:
