Chelsea reveals how much they are asking Manchester City for Enso Fernandes - Romano

According to a report on social media by the famous insider Fabrizio Romano, the London club Chelsea has set a deadline of 5pm UK time on Friday, August 14, to complete negotiations on the transfer of midfielder Enso Fernandes.

According to the source, if the clubs cannot reach an agreement by this deadline, the transfer will not take place. Teams that want to sign the 25-year-old Argentine player will be required to submit a net offer of €140.5 million for him.

According to the report, Manchester City are currently the main contenders in the fight for the player. The City have been negotiating with his representatives for several days and the management of the London club has been fully informed about this process.

The 25-year-old Enso joined Chelsea from Benfica in the winter of 2023. He has made 166 appearances in all competitions so far, scoring 30 goals.

The Argentine midfielder won the Conference League and the 2025 Club World Cup with the Londoners in the 2024/2025 season. The player's current contract runs until the summer of 2032, and Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at 100 million euros.
