Centrum Holding plans to hold an IPO in early 2027.
Uzbekistan-based logistics holding Centrum Holding plans to go public in the first quarter of 2027 with a valuation of $2 billion.
The logistics group Centrum Holding intends to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) in early 2027. The holding's founder and CEO, Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, told the O'zbekiston 24 television channel that the company's current valuation is approximately $2 billion.
According to Abdurakhmanov, the final decision on the IPO timing will be made after analyzing the company's 2026 financial statements. Centrum Holding previously announced plans to go public within one to two years, considering the London Stock Exchange as its primary market.
In February, the American investment firm Oppenheimer and Citibank entered into an agreement to support Centrum Holding's IPO. At the time, Oppenheimer representatives estimated the company's potential market capitalization at approximately $2 billion and expected to raise approximately $600 million by placing approximately 30% of its shares.
In July, Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov told Bloomberg that the company views the IPO primarily as a tool to attract investors for further scaling.
Centrum Holding was founded in 2019 as an air cargo operator. The group currently includes the cargo airline My Freighter and the passenger carrier Centrum Air, as well as travel businesses, logistics centers, a rail fleet, terminals, and port infrastructure.
Centrum Air received airline status in 2023. The holding's total fleet consists of nearly 30 aircraft, roughly equally divided between cargo and passenger aircraft.
The company plans to continue expanding its fleet. By the end of 2026, its fleet is expected to reach 40 aircraft, in 2027 to 65, and by the end of 2029 to 100. According to Abdurakhmanov, contracts for more than 50 aircraft have already been signed.
The head of Centrum Holding also announced plans to increase the group's exports. By the end of 2026, the company expects to reach $1 billion, taking into account its capabilities in ground and air logistics.
Abdurakhmanov noted that Centrum Holding has become the leading cargo airline in Central Asia. He stated that the region currently has no other cargo airline with a fleet of 10 or more aircraft.
By the end of 2025, Centrum Holding's revenue reached $1 billion, and its headcount reached approximately 5,000.
