On September 17, Centrum Air's flight C6302, which was scheduled to fly from Istanbul to Tashkent, was delayed by 3 hours and 20 minutes. Some passengers dissatisfied with the delay criticized the airline's operations on social media, while the company explained the flight delay by operational reasons and apologized to the passengers.
According to him, he was forced to fly urgently because his child felt unwell. In the video, the blogger stated that airport staff initially said they could not accept the child onto the plane, citing the reason that the child's condition might worsen during the flight.
He noted that later a doctor's conclusion was presented, and the doctor took responsibility for the child's flight. Even after that, the flight delay continued. Traveler Abu stated in his video that he was very dissatisfied with Centrum Air's operations.
In the comments written on the video, some users also wrote that they were dissatisfied with flight delays, passenger service, and notification issues by the company. In particular, some comments raised issues about flights being frequently delayed, the possibility of transferring to another flight, and refunds for tickets.
Other users stated that they had to wait for a long time at the airport due to delays. Some comments expressed opinions that 1–2 hour delays are becoming commonplace, and passengers are not being provided with sufficient information about this in advance.
Later, the Centrum Air information service provided an additional explanation regarding the delay on the flight. According to the company's information, on September 17, flight C6302 on the Istanbul—Tashkent route was delayed by 3 hours and 20 minutes due to operational reasons.
"The safety of passengers and crew remains the airline's top priority," the company's statement said.
Centrum Air apologized to the passengers for the inconvenience caused and expressed gratitude for their patience and understanding.
