Tashkent plans to open the Research and Innovation Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. During the first three years, it will be managed by a foreign company with advanced experience in this field.

The Center is intended to accelerate the technological modernization of the capital's enterprises. Its establishment is provided for by the presidential decree of September 12, 2026, No. PP-325.

Manufacturers will be able to create new products without purchasing expensive equipment. They will have access to digital design, manufacturing and testing of prototypes, as well as laboratory research.

Enterprises will also be offered consultations on international standards, entering export markets, and participating in tenders. An energy audit will serve as an additional way to reduce production costs.

Investors will gain access to ready-made engineering infrastructure, testing laboratories, and qualified specialists. According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, this will accelerate the implementation of new technologies and the launch of production.
