By order of the President, Lieutenant Colonel Dilnoza Redjabova, who has been serving in the internal affairs system for nearly 20 years, was promoted to the rank of Colonel.
Dilnoza Redjabova works as a leading specialist in the information service of the Road Safety Service of the Department of Public Safety. She has been participating in projects aimed at promoting road safety, explaining road rules to the population in an accessible way, and forming safe movement skills among youth.
It is noted that for several years, Redjabova trained Uzbekistan's team of road safety promoters consisting of school students. This team won 2nd place in international competitions held in Kyrgyzstan in 2024 and in Tajikistan in 2025. In the "Young Road Traffic Inspectors" international competition held in Kazakhstan in August 2026, they won 1st place.
During his visit to the Olmazor district of Tashkent on September 11, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev acquainted himself with the conditions created at Kindergarten No. 441. A road safety club has also been organized at the institution.
The head of state asked Dilnoza Redjabova, who provided information about this club, how many years she had been working in the system. After the employee stated that she had been working in the internal affairs bodies since 2005 and became a lieutenant colonel in 2017, the president said that she would be awarded the rank of colonel.
The rank was solemnly presented to her at an event led by the Minister of Internal Affairs.
