MFO Biznes Finans plans to issue bonds worth 40 billion soums for a term of three years with a coupon rate of 24% per annum.

The microfinance organization Business Finans is preparing to place its sixth bond issue totaling 40 billion soums.
According to information from KAP DEPO, each bond will have a par value of 100,000 soums, a coupon rate of 24% per annum, and a maturity of three years. The decision to issue the bond was made by the founders of Business Finans on August 6, 2026. Coupon payments will be made monthly.
The bond placement will begin on the 15th day following the official publication of the state registration notice in the media.
This issue will be Business Finans' sixth. The first issue, registered in July 2022, was worth 10 billion soums with a coupon rate of 27% per annum. In August 2023, the company issued a second tranche of 20 billion soums, also at 27% per annum. The third issue, worth 30 billion soums, was placed in November 2024 with a similar coupon rate.
In July 2025, Business Finance placed the fourth issue, worth 25 billion soums, with a yield of 28% per annum. The fifth issue, worth 10 billion soums at 27% per annum, took place in January 2026.
Thus, the upcoming issue stands out among previous ones as the largest in terms of volume (40 billion soums), but also offers a lower coupon rate of 24% per annum.
