Asia Alliance Bank plans to place foreign currency bonds worth $20 million with a rate of 7% per annum and a maturity of three years.

Asia Alliance Bank announced plans to issue foreign currency bonds in the amount of USD 20 million.

According to Openinfo, the Supervisory Board of Asia Alliance Bank approved the issue of these securities on August 10, 2026.

The bonds will be placed through a public offering. They carry a coupon rate of 7% per annum and a maturity of three years. The par value of each bond is set at USD 100.

Coupon income payments will be made quarterly.

The bond placement will begin on the 15th calendar day following the publication of the state registration notice on Openinfo.

It is worth noting that the microfinance organization Agat Credit previously announced its intention to issue foreign currency bonds. These bonds will be worth USD 10 million, carry a coupon rate of 11.5% per annum, and have a maturity of two years.
