Measures have been determined for the development of tourism and service infrastructure in the territories of reservoirs and their adjacent zones. Entrepreneurs organizing tourist services will be able to benefit from 50-percent rates of land tax and property tax.

Presidential Resolution No. PP-387 of 27.10.2026 "On measures to streamline the use of reservoir territories and adjacent zones, as well as to ensure safety on them" was adopted.
Goals:
Based on proposals from regional khokimiyats, master plans for the placement and efficient operation of tourism and service infrastructure facilities in the territories of reservoirs and adjacent zones will be developed.
Until October 1, 2029, business entities that have organized tourism services in the territories of reservoirs and adjacent zones allocated through electronic online auctions are granted the following benefits:

For entrepreneurs operating at tourism facilities in the territories of reservoirs and adjacent zones, the following are mandatory:
A "Roadmap" for the effective use of the territory of reservoirs and adjacent zones has been approved.
