Ban on property sales and card blocking: new features to appear on my.gov.uz from October 1
Starting October 1, 2026, new features will become available for citizens and businesses on the my.gov.uz portal. They will enable online management of property, phone numbers, and bank cards.
Specifically, real estate and car owners will be able to set a ban on their sale, pledge, or mortgage through the portal. If necessary, this ban can be lifted.
The portal will also allow users to find out which phone numbers and bank cards are registered in their name.
In addition, it will be possible to temporarily deactivate a phone number and then reactivate it. For an unused number, an application can be submitted to terminate the service. Users will also be able to check active paid services.
Another feature will allow users to send an application to the bank to block or close a card.
When a new notarial act is registered, the citizen will automatically receive a notification via my.gov.uz. Information about such acts will be stored in the system.
