Students will take selection exams in the subject combination established for the relevant fields of study. The test trials will be conducted by the Knowledge and Skills Assessment Agency.
Students who participated in the entrance exams to state higher education institutions this year with a matching subject combination may also participate in the contest with the scores they obtained.
State grants will be distributed among students who have scored the established minimum passing score, strictly adhering to the sequence of scores, within the allocated quotas.
Based on the results of the contest, students recommended for a state grant will be awarded the grant for the entire duration of their studies. In this case, upon graduation, students who have received a grant undertake an obligation to work for at least 3 years in state organizations or organizations with a state share in the established manner.
