Another direct flight opened from Tashkent to another city in India
Centrum Air has launched regular flights on the Tashkent–Hyderabad–Tashkent route. The flights, initiated on September 28, are being operated twice a week using Airbus A320neo aircraft.

According to the "Dunyo" information agency, Hyderabad has become Centrum Air's second destination in India after Delhi.
The agency noted this new flight as the first direct air route between South India and Central Asia.
In order to introduce the opportunities of the new flight, a presentation was organized in Hyderabad in cooperation with the airline and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in India.
It was attended by diplomats, airline and airport representatives, businesspeople, as well as more than a hundred tour operators and travel companies specializing in business events, family, and group tourism.
The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India, Sardor Rustambayev, emphasized that the new flights will serve to expand cooperation with the state of Telangana and the southern regions of India.
In particular, opportunities for developing relations in the fields of digital technologies, pharmaceuticals, jewelry, and tourism were noted.
During the presentation, a representative of Centrum Air provided information about the flight schedule and the aircraft to be used on the route.
The new route will allow residents of South India to travel directly to Uzbekistan.
It was also stated that passengers will have the opportunity to make transit trips to Central Asia, the CIS, the Middle East, and European countries through Tashkent airport.
The tourism potential, hotels, and resorts of Uzbekistan were also demonstrated at the event. It was noted that over the last 5–6 years, the flow of tourists coming from India to Uzbekistan has increased several times.
According to representatives of GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd - GHIAL, the new route is expected to boost business, trade, and cultural exchanges.
