Andijan region is considering raising $300 million through a Eurobond issue.

The regional delegation and the bank’s representatives discussed possible financing mechanisms, how the bonds could be marketed to international investors, and ways to use financial instruments effectively.

The talks also addressed the next steps in developing the initiative and the practical details of carrying it out.

The proposed bond issue is meant to expand Andijan region’s investment opportunities, strengthen its ties with international financial markets, and secure additional funding for future projects.

The parties agreed to keep cooperating on the matters discussed and to review the practical arrangements needed to move the project ahead.

The announcement did not specify the proposed Eurobond terms or when the funds might be raised.
