A tragic incident occurred in Kazakhstan's Almaty region: a 35-year-old Uzbek citizen working as a salesperson at a tandoor shop was killed. The incident, in which the man was fatally stabbed, occurred after an argument with customers.

According to the KTK television channel, the incident occurred in the village of Aktas. The deceased Uzbek man had worked at a local tandoor shop for the past five years, selling bread. Local residents speak highly of him, noting his non-confrontational nature and his good tradition of distributing free bread on Fridays.

A preliminary investigation indicates that the conflict began with a verbal altercation between the salesperson and a group of customers, which later escalated into a physical altercation. During the fight, one of the participants pulled out a knife and fatally wounded the Uzbek man.

The suspect, a 56-year-old man, was quickly detained by police and placed in a temporary detention facility. A criminal case has been opened for the murder. Yernar Saidildin, a spokesman for the regional police department, confirmed that the suspect has already confessed.
