An inspector from the Yakkasaray Department of Internal Affairs rescued a drowning 13-year-old boy.

Upon seeing a boy drowning in the Burizhar Canal, Rasul Dzhuraev, a patrol and security inspector at the Yakkasaray District Department of Internal Affairs in Tashkent, jumped into the water without hesitation.

An inspector from the Yakkasaray District Department for the Coordination of Internal Affairs Agencies averted a tragedy by saving a 13-year-old boy from drowning.
