An Angren resident has been unable to sell his house for a year and a half due to an error regarding a "second wife" in an electronic database

A resident of Angren has been unable to sell his house for a year and a half due to an error in an electronic database, which listed a "second wife" for him.
A resident of Angren, Tashkent Region, faced an unexpected problem when selling his house, discovering an entry in an electronic database indicating that he had a second wife. Due to the system error, the man has been unable to finalize the sale and purchase transaction and prove the absence of the spouse for 1.5 years.
The bizarre situation came to light during a visit to a notary to draw up the documents for the sale of the property. When checking personal data through the state electronic system, it turned out that the citizen was officially married to a woman unknown to him.
The Angren resident himself claims that he has never been married to the specified citizen, has never held wedding celebrations, and has not even seen her. Nevertheless, this information is recorded in the databases of registry offices, notaries, and other government agencies.
The presence of the marriage record became an obstacle to concluding the real estate sale and purchase agreement. For 1.5 years, the man has been trying to resolve the problem in various departments.
He has filed a lawsuit in court twice, but his claims were rejected. Currently, the citizen is still unable to delete the erroneous data from the database and complete the sale of the property.
