As part of a working visit to China, a delegation from the Tashkent Metro State Unitary Enterprise visited the NARINCO metallurgical plant located in Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, according to the Tashkent Metro State Unitary Enterprise.
This plant specializes in the production of iron and steel products, including railway rails, turnouts, large-scale metal structures, and other industrial products.
The chief engineer of the Tashkent Metro and other members of the delegation were introduced to the plant's production facilities, metalworking technologies, and the full production cycle. Particular interest was shown in the manufacture of railway rails, turnouts, steel pipes, and other types of metal products. During the visit, the Uzbek delegation was also shown the production process management system, modern automated technologies, and the operation of the central control center. Metro representatives examined the unified system, which monitors and manages all production processes in real time.
According to plant specialists, the control center utilizes elements of artificial intelligence, digital monitoring, and automated control systems, which contribute to increased production efficiency, product quality assurance, and enhanced industrial safety.
It is noted that this complex is a modern, high-tech production management system.
Following the visit, the parties discussed the application of advanced technologies in the metallurgical and railway industries, product quality assurance, the implementation of innovative solutions, and prospects for further cooperation.
