A person was arrested in Bukhara for trying to obtain a driver's license for $700

A person who promised to get a driver's license for $700 was detained in Bukhara. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In the Bukhara region, individuals who demanded money from citizens in exchange for illegally obtaining a driving school certificate and a driver's license were detained.

A private school teacher living in the Karakul district offered a citizen, through his acquaintances in the Navoi region, to prepare a certificate of completion of a three-month driving school course. He also promised to pass the exams for obtaining a category B driver's license and asked for $700 for this service. The suspect was caught with material evidence during the operational operation while receiving the agreed money.

Another similar case was recorded in the city of Bukhara. Here, too, the suspect promised to prepare a driving school certificate for the victim and successfully pass the exam through his authorized acquaintances. He demanded $2,000 for this service and was arrested while receiving $1,900 in the parking lot of one of the city's universities.

Investigations and inquiries are currently underway into these cases.

Earlier, a criminal group was discovered in Fergana that was preparing and selling fake Turkish passports and driver's licenses. In another case, in Tashkent, a person without a driver's license hit an 11-year-old boy in a Lacetti car.
