The Russian military launched drone strikes on a gas station and a train near the "Yagodyn" checkpoint, just a few kilometers from the border between Ukraine and Poland.

Russian forces also struck the locomotive of a passenger train two kilometers from the border with Poland. The press service of Ukrainian Railways reported that the train crew had been warned in advance about the threat of a strike, so there were no casualties.
The head of Ukrainian Railways, Oleksandr Persovsky, noted that Russian troops have been relentlessly attacking railway infrastructure — depots, stations, and carriages — for the second consecutive day.
Due to the Russian strikes, train schedules across the country have been disrupted. Some routes have been delayed by more than 18 hours.
