A new procedure will be introduced in the supply of liquefied gas
The President's decree "On measures to reform the system of supplying the population with liquefied gas and the gradual introduction of market mechanisms" has been adopted.
According to the document, in order to specialize functions in the field of supplying the population with liquefied gas, ensure financial transparency of activities, and introduce market mechanisms, LPG-Trade LLC will be established under the founders of "Hududgaztaminot" JSC.
Within the framework of the reforms, the delivery of liquefied gas to the population is designated as a priority task.
Additionally, liquefied gas produced in the republic's enterprises and imported, with the exception of volumes sold at the enterprises' own stations, will be realized exclusively through exchange trading.
Enterprises supplying liquefied gas to the population will have the opportunity to purchase the product directly from exchange trading or through imports.
The private sector will also be gradually involved in the liquefied gas supply system for the needs of the population. Through this, it is intended to form a competitive environment in the sector.
At the same time, the practice of cross-subsidization in the supply of liquefied gas will be gradually abolished.
In the process of implementing the reforms, socially vulnerable segments of the population will receive financial support from the state.
These measures are aimed at increasing the stability of the system of uninterrupted supply of liquefied gas to the population.
