The incident occurred on August 10, 2026, at the Termez district medical association. According to information, on that day, a woman named Sh.A. came to the reception of the head of the organization and methodological department of the association, 56-year-old X.E., requesting a medical order for treatment due to her disability. During the conversation, X.E. sexually assaulted the woman, saying that the order would not be issued to the woman, but that if she had sexual relations with her, the matter would be resolved in an expedited manner, and said that she had the opportunity to do so.
The woman called 112 to report the incident and asked law enforcement agencies to take legal action against the man.
In court, X.E. admitted his guilt, expressed regret for what he had done, and asked for leniency. The victim stated that she had no claim against him because the man later apologized to her.
By a decision of the Termez District Court for Criminal Cases, X.E. was found guilty of sexual assault under Part 1 of Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. He was sentenced to 3 days of administrative detention.
