A man wanted by Interpol has been extradited from Georgia to Uzbekistan

A citizen who was on an international wanted list through Interpol has been extradited from Georgia to Uzbekistan. He is accused of large-scale fraud.

A man wanted by Interpol has been extradited from Georgia to Uzbekistan.

A citizen accused of committing large-scale fraud has been extradited from Georgia to Uzbekistan, reports say.

It is noted that he was placed on the international wanted list on charges of committing a crime stipulated in Article 168, Part 4 of the Criminal Code (Fraud committed on an especially large scale).

As a result of coordinated actions by the Interpol bureaus of the two countries, the wanted individual was detained by the competent authorities of Georgia.

Following the approval of the request by the Prosecutor General's Office of Uzbekistan and the completion of the relevant procedures, a decision was made to hand him over to the Uzbek side, and he was brought to Tashkent.
