Filling domestic gas cylinders with propane at automotive gas filling stations has been prohibited. A fine of up to 2.2 million soums is established for violations.
Fines to be introduced for filling household gas cylinders at gas stations
According to it, the supply of liquefied hydrocarbon gas (propane) to the consumer in a household gas cylinder by an automobile gas filling station is prohibited.
The Code of Administrative Responsibility has been supplemented with a corresponding article by law. According to it, the supply of liquefied hydrocarbon gas to the consumer in a household gas cylinder by an automobile gas filling station entails a fine ranging from 3 to 5 times the BCA (from 1 million 320 thousand UZS to 2.2 million UZS).
The law will enter into force after three months.
