A director has been appointed to the Technical Regulation Agency

The previous head, Akmal Jumanazarov, moved to another job in September 2026.

A new director has been appointed to the Technical Regulation Agency

Ansabkhon Akaidinovich Zokirov has been appointed to the post of Director of the Technical Regulation Agency of Uzbekistan.

Prior to this appointment, Ansabkhon Zakirov worked as the First Deputy Director of the Agency. Before that, he held the position of Director of the "Uzbekistan Accreditation Center" State Institution under the Agency.

The former head of the agency, Akmal Jumanazarov, served in this position from February 2024 to September 2026 — for nearly 2 years and 7 months. He was relieved of his post after being appointed Chairman of the Defense Industry Committee under the Cabinet of Ministers on September 22 of this year.
