A cat was rescued on the way to the "Kosmonavtlar" station in the Tashkent metro

A cat that fell onto the tracks of the "Kosmonavtlar" station of the Tashkent metro was taken to safety by a metro employee.

A cat that fell between the tracks at the “Kosmonavtlar” station of the Tashkent metro was rescued.

In the capital of Uzbekistan, a metro employee managed to save a cat that fell onto the tracks of the “Kosmonavtlar” station. The incident occurred on August 16 at approximately 20:01, the press service of the Tashkent metro reported.

Metro employees immediately took control of the situation. M. Mahmayusupov, a technical support foreman of the “Tunnel Constructions” service, removed the cat from the tracks and brought it to a safe place.

According to the metro, the animal was not injured.

This incident did not affect the train schedule.
