A basalt plant in the Jizzakh region has been put up for auction.

The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement has announced the sale of a basalt products plant located in the Farish district of the Jizzakh region. The starting price is set at 230.526 billion soums. The auction will begin on September 21 at 10:00 AM.
The plant is located in the Egizbulak mahalla, 32 km from the village of Bogdon, the administrative center of the district, and 26.5 km northwest of the city of Jizzakh. According to available information, Bazalt Mega Invest Industrial operates on this property.
The plant occupies a 14.86-hectare plot of land. It includes a one-story industrial building with an area of 4,631 square meters, of which 4,304 square meters is usable space. The facility is connected to water, electricity, and sewerage systems.
The lot includes not only the real estate but also the production equipment. The buyer is being offered seven BNV-450 basalt melting furnaces, as well as three sets of equipment for the production of continuous basalt fiber.
The sale is being conducted based on a decision of the Farish Inter-District Civil Court issued in August 2025. The auction documentation lists writ of execution No. 4-1305-2401/2209.
Currently, the property is subject to two restrictions: one from the Bureau of Enforcement and the other from the bank.
This is not the first basalt plant in the Farish District that the BPI has put up for sale this year. In May, the agency held an auction for the Goldfiber Pro enterprise, with an estimated value of 802.87 billion soums.
