In the first nine months of 2026, a total of 191 billion 474 million UZS of social cashback was paid to 651.3 thousand consumers.
During this period, 7 million 520.1 thousand purchase receipts were registered to receive social cashback. The largest share of social cashback fell on Andijan region. In this region, 96.9 billion UZS was paid to consumers.
17.8 billion UZS was allocated in the city of Tashkent, and 15 billion UZS in Samarkand region.
The next places were taken by Tashkent region — 13.7 billion UZS, Fergana region — 9.8 billion UZS, Surkhandarya region — 6 billion UZS, and Kashkadarya region — 5.9 billion UZS.
Starting from May 1, 2023, individuals included in the "Unified Register of Social Protection" will receive a 12 percent VAT refund instead of the usual 1 percent cashback when purchasing certain specified products from retail outlets. To do this, it is necessary to scan the QR code of the purchase receipt in the "Soliq" mobile app.
