Anadolu Isuzu completes purchase of state-owned stake in Samarkand Automobile PlantUzbekistan’s State Assets Management Agency announced the completion of the sale of a 75.2% state share in the SamAuto plant to Anadolu Isuzu of Türkiye. The investor will pay $80 million for the acquired stake and invest another $80 million in the development of the enterprise.
