In the second quarter of this year, activity in Uzbekistan’s real estate market remained at a high level. During this period, 88,100 transactions were concluded, up 9.9% compared to the same period of last year. In the first half of 2025, the total number of deals reached 177,500, marking a 10.7% increase year-on-year, according to the Central Bank’s latest review.
