Otabek Vallomov sentenced to 6.5 years for assault at Fergana gaming club.A court in Fergana has sentenced Otabek Vallomov to 6.5 years in prison for organizing mass disorder at a computer club. Five other young men were also convicted in the same case and handed prison sentences. Vallomov, said to be the son of a well-known entrepreneur, was previously reported to have assaulted civilians and claimed he could "buy the club if needed.".
