Kazakhstan’s largest bank Halyk Bank reached an agreement with Click, Uzbekistan’s fintech company, on a mutual share swap: 49% of Click will go to the Kazakh side, while 49% of Tenge Bank (Halyk Bank subsidiary) will be transferred to the Uzbek side. The deals are valued at $237 million.
