10 thousand dollars found in the Tashkent metro returned to its owner

In the Tashkent metro, 10 thousand dollars found by a security officer was returned to its owner. The money fell out of the bag of a citizen of Kazakhstan, who had come to Tashkent to purchase a car, while traveling to Sergeli via the metro. After the necessary verifications, the owner was identified.

The 10 thousand dollars found by an officer of the Department for Ensuring Safety in the Metropolitan has been returned to its rightful owner. This money belonged to a citizen of Kazakhstan who had come to Tashkent to purchase a car.

According to information provided by the Ministry, the citizen of Kazakhstan had arrived in the Sergeli district on that day with the purpose of buying a car. He traveled from the Olmazor metro station to Sergeli by metro. According to the citizen, while running in a hurry, a package containing 10 thousand dollars fell out of his bag. He only realized he had lost his money after arriving at the car market.

The money was found by a security officer performing his duties on the territory of the metropolitan. After the necessary verification and identification procedures were conducted, the rightful owner of the money was identified, and the 10 thousand dollars was returned to him in full.

The citizen of Kazakhstan expressed his gratitude to the metro and internal affairs officers.

"They found the money and searched for me using Face ID. I realized I had lost the money at the car market. They are honest, it has returned. Thank you to everyone, a thousand thanks to the internal affairs. They worked quickly," he said.
