Yandex Auto Becomes Tech Partner for Li Auto in Uzbekistan

Yandex Uzbekistan has announced a technology collaboration with Li Auto, integrating the Yandex Auto platform into the standard multimedia system of the new Li L9 premium family crossover, which has officially launched in the Uzbek market.

This deep integration will allow vehicle owners to access built-in services such as Yandex Maps, Yandex Fuel, Yandex Music, Yandex Books, and Yandex Video directly on the car's displays, eliminating the need for smartphone connectivity.

Yandex Maps will enable users to plan routes based on real-time traffic, utilize offline maps, and receive alerts for traffic cameras and roadwork. The Yandex Fuel service will help drivers locate nearby gas stations and pay for fuel online without exiting their vehicle.

The entertainment suite includes Yandex Music, offering millions of tracks, personalized recommendations, and curated playlists; Yandex Books, providing audiobooks for all ages; and Yandex Video, where passengers can stream movies, series, and cartoons on the car's screens.

All services are synchronized via Yandex ID, ensuring that saved addresses, favorite locations, playlists, and musical preferences are accessible. Users can also resume watching a movie or listening to an audiobook from where they left off.

Izzat Shukurov, head of Yandex Uzbekistan, stated, "Today, users expect familiar digital solutions to be seamlessly built into the car and available from the very first minutes of a trip. Yandex Auto combines navigation and entertainment services in a single environment that does not require a smartphone connection and preserves personal settings and user preferences. The partnership with Li Auto will allow us to offer this experience to Li L9 owners and continue developing automotive technologies from Yandex Uzbekistan."

The new Li L9 features a third-generation range-extender system, offering an electric range of up to 420 kilometers (WLTC cycle) and a total range of up to 1,650 kilometers. Key technological features include an 800-volt architecture, active suspension, a steer-by-wire system, rear-wheel steering, a new-generation intelligent cockpit with a 29-inch panoramic display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8797 computing platform.

In Uzbekistan, the new Li L9 will be available through the official dealership network of Control Auto, Vector, Aster, and Sultanov Motors. The Livis trim is priced at 1,299,900,000 soums, while the Ultra trim costs 1,099,900,000 soums.

Purchases made through official dealers will include a factory warranty, certified service maintenance, access to original spare parts, technical support from the Li Auto engineering team, and official over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

This integration of the Yandex Auto platform into Li Auto vehicles represents a further advancement in Uzbekistan's digital automotive ecosystem and the expansion of modern intelligent services for local consumers.
