Wildberries Denies Reports of Moving Logistics from Russia

Wildberries denied reports of moving primary logistics out of Russia, reaffirming that its expansion plans in Uzbekistan remain unchanged.

Wildberries has refuted claims that it is shifting its primary logistics operations out of Russia.

The company affirmed its commitment to the systematic expansion of its logistics network across all countries where it operates, aligning with its long-term strategic goals. Wildberries indicated that the construction of new warehouses is progressing as planned, with immediate efforts concentrated on re-establishing logistics workflows and guaranteeing consistent platform functionality.

Furthermore, Wildberries confirmed it is assisting all vendors whose merchandise was impacted by recent assaults on its logistics centers, irrespective of the company's operational country. Compensation payments are being distributed incrementally and are still in progress.

The e-commerce giant also stressed that its investment strategies in Uzbekistan remain unaltered. Wildberries is moving forward with initiatives aimed at enhancing logistics infrastructure and services for both local vendors and consumers, consistent with its enduring strategic vision.
