Uklon Expands to Five Cities in Uzbekistan's Ferghana Valley
Ride-hailing and delivery platform Uklon is expanding into five cities across the Ferghana Valley, marking its first regional launch outside Tashkent.

Uklon, a platform for ride-hailing and delivery services, is extending its reach within Uzbekistan by initiating operations in five cities located in the Ferghana Valley.
The company will commence the registration of drivers in Ferghana, Margilan, Kokand, Namangan, and Andijan starting August 5. Following the completion of this phase, residents in these cities will gain access to the platform's ride-hailing and delivery offerings.
This expansion marks the first instance where Uklon is simultaneously launching services in multiple cities outside of Tashkent within a single region, the Ferghana Valley.
Eduard Kovtun, General Manager of Uklon Uzbekistan, stated that Uklon perceives the Ferghana Valley as a unified area with a highly mobile populace. He added that the concurrent launch in five cities aims to establish a convenient ecosystem for both passengers and drivers.
Uklon highlighted that the Ferghana, Andijan, and Namangan regions collectively house nearly 11 million individuals, constituting approximately 29% of Uzbekistan's total population. These regions also contribute substantially to passenger transportation. In 2025, over 2 billion passengers utilized road transport in these three regions, accounting for almost one-third of the nation's total road passenger traffic.
As of August 5, drivers will have the ability to independently register and join the platform via the Uklon Driver app.
Should assistance be required, drivers can seek support from the company's Driver Care specialists. A reduced commission rate will be offered to drivers in these new cities until the close of the year.
Post-launch, users in Kokand and Namangan will have access to the Lite and Comfort ride categories. Passengers in Andijan, Ferghana, and Margilan will additionally be able to utilize the Fast Search option. A 24/7 customer support service will also be provided.
Uklon has been operational in Uzbekistan since June 2023. The company reported that over 15 million trips were completed through its platform in 2025.
Currently, Uklon's Uzbekistan team comprises approximately 90 employees, with about 50 dedicated to the Driver Care and Customer Care support services.
Uklon announced its intention to continue its expansion throughout Uzbekistan by introducing new services and entering additional regions, guided by demand and local mobility patterns.
